Your student deserves a seat at the quantum frontier

Quantum computing is set to transform major aspects of finance, cybersecurity, biology, and a host of other fields. And, for today’s high school students, quantum represents possibly the single most significant workforce change since AI.

Who we are and why you should trust us

Six Years of Proven Success

dae is a nonprofit learning studio — not a pilot program, not a summer camp.

For six years we’ve designed, delivered, and proved the efficacy of rigorous tech education for Connecticut’s high school students, building programs in emerging disciplines before the rest of the world catches up.

What daeZERO Gives Your Student

One of only 3 programs like this in the entire country — and the only one in the Northeast.

In-person · Open Enrollment in New Haven and Stamford CT · Opportunity to earn IBM credentials

What students will do

Design and run quantum circuits using IBM's quantum platform, Quiskit, on actual quantum hardware - the same tools used by quantum engineers.
Master quantum concepts like superposition, entanglement, and quantum measurement — built intuitively, no advanced math required.
Implement real quantum algorithms: Deutsch-Jozsa, Grover’s Search, and more — the foundational building blocks of quantum advantage.
Connect quantum to the real world and explore applications across AI, chemistry, finance and cybersecurity.

The program at a glance

Maximum cohort size of 15 to maximize collaboration and ensure students have access to faculty resources.
No prerequisites - the only requirement is curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Open to high school juniors and seniors across Connecticut.
In-person delivery for engaged, hands-on learning and discovery.
Conveniently located in New Haven and Stamford to allow maximum access. In-school cohorts available upon request.

Capstone & Portfolio Outcome

Every student leaves with a documented quantum algorithm they designed, built, and ran on real IBM quantum hardware — a genuine portfolio piece that demonstrates hands-on quantum computing experience to colleges and future employers.

There’s nothing else like it on a high school resume.
